2024 Members Dues and Fee Schedule:

Annual dues if postmarked on or before March 9, 2024: $550.00

Annual dues if postmarked March 10, 2024 – March 23, 2024: $600.00

Inactive fee if postmarked on or before March 9, 2024: $55.00

Inactive fee if postmarked March 10, 2024 – March 23, 2024: $80.00

*Failure to pay the Inactive Fee may result in the devaluation and loss of your bond*

Caregiver pass: $75.00

Water Aerobics Class Pass 2024 (Unlimited classes for the season): $25.00

Release, Waiver and Indemnification Agreement – Every active RGPA member must agree to utilize the RGPA facilities

PLEASE NOTE:  All RGPA Members will be checked in at the Front Gate

2024 Membership Form: This form is utilized for annual membership information and fees

New Members Pay Bond and Dues:

For New Members, there is a one-time Initiation/Bond Fee: $500

(The Bond can be paid over ten month/no interest @ $50 per month)

For New Members who obtained their Bond through the purchase of their home, there is a one-time Transfer Fee: $250

Waiting List 

Waiting List Fee: $100*

*New members who have paid the $100 wait list fee will have $50

applied to their initiation fee when they are able to join RGPA.

You will receive a letter letting you know what number you are on the waiting list.  The Waiting List is posted on the bulletin board at the Front Desk at Rose Garden Pool.
